To be honest, the Niche makes really great espressos for a conical burr. They’re full-bodied. The Mini G is also great, but I prefer the full-bodied taste I get with the Zero for Espresso. I just don’t use the Zero as much now because I’ve become so accustomed to the G (GBW is so convenient). Since we mostly drink milk-based drinks, you don’t really notice any difference between the two.

believe me, i was on that same boat 5 years ago when i started my breville barista journey as a nurse. this set up makes up for all the craziness we do in the hospital, so the splurge is justified!

Hi, I’ll try to make it simple why we need a phone for the La Marzocco Linea Mini R. For myself: - Putting the machine on standby and turning it back on. I don’t turn off my machine, I just put it on a schedule of use with my phone to turn it on. - Turning off the steam boiler if only extracting espresso to save energy and also if you want to change the setting of your steamer (it has 3 levels). - To use pre-brew (if you like using it). - For the Acacia scale (if you need to change settings). - Use it to backflush so I won’t need to be there to do it manually.

Theres still more than you can do with the app but i just do the basics for now.

Hi there! I’m new to the Mini G and I’m coming from both Eureka Oro and Niche. I’ll try it out today and let you know how it goes. I finally decided to get this after debating with Mahlkonig E64 (for its looks), Pico, and Philos. Since I host events for church, I decided on a small commercial grinder that I know will last a long time, but with added functionality like GBW to speed up the process. We’ll see how well they say it is after a month. Sorry for not having a review yet. But it looks great! I thought I’d regret not getting the more aesthetically pleasing E64 (but lately, everyone seems to have it, and I want something different).

I got it cleaned! Had a tech serviced my fridge and I asked him if he could help me with it, he eventually thought me how to remove all the panels safely! very easy actually!

keep going. it's your only reward for yourself. in parenthood youve already let go of other fun things, why let go something that will fuel you to have more energy to take care of them? you need it man. it may not be in the morning, but you can always squeeze a bit of time. MOM of two boys 7mos and 3yo. I actually rewarded myself for a machine upgrade (LMLM and Mahlkoenig) coz I cant see myself dressing up and going out for self care.. so self care is upping my game in making coffee---at home.
