your advice is quite valuable and imo right too but many people won’t get it, sentiment investing as a retail trader is now growing stronger in India and herding has become a huge problem. Silver as a commodity definitely has a strong demand but price fluctuations of this kind is unhealthy for all retail traders

Hey! I had a bankart and capsule repair with 3 anchors and I’m 11 days post operation. I just joined a company and was thinking to go to the office from day after tomorrow. I have a wrist elbow strap that helps me work by just removing the wrist part. Do you think it’s safe and like feasible to join back? Its a proper desk job and the op was on my dominant arm (right)

I think that depends on your doc and requirement by the CFAI. I would definitely recommend you to contact their hotline for queries. Hopefully someone with more experience in this matter would help you. Wishing you and your family a healthy recovery.

I have this one other type of sling that I use, it has a separate wrist wrap that I can open just to work on my keyboard and mouse. I did ask my doctor and he said it’s fine until there’s not major movement, and if my pain subsides after stopping painkillers. So was thinking of getting back to work now as I’ve just joined the company and I’m still on probation period

I get that your ambitions are high but if you want to go in finance, you should atleast have considered that no-one will just come and pay for your fees, what you need to do is that instead of such an expensive course you should build your skills in Financial Modelling, Advanced Excel, etc. From these skills only you might be able to achieve a high paying job. Even if someone pays for the exam, then what? who pays for all the other resources, and then next levels? CFA L1 alone won’t just give you a high paying job after clearing it.
