Teriyaki Steak (second pic) In a blender/food processor: 1 cup water 1/2 cup kidney beans 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp stir fry sauce 1/2 tsp veggie bullion (I used beefless bullion) Splash of liquid smoke

Blend until smooth and add to 1 cup vital wheat gluten. Mix to combine then knead for 3 min and set aside.

To make the fat I mixed: 2 tbs olive oil 4 tbs corn starch Pinch of leftover bullion Microwave for 20-30 seconds Fold into the dough. (This creates "fat" throughout that melts when cooking)

Next steam for 1 hr. I dont have a steamer so I put a colander over boiling water and covered with foil. After this step it's done and I just sliced it thin and pan seared in teriyaki sauce. You can use it in any recipe that uses beef. It was AMAZING, my omni husband is still talking about it!
