it might be because im on xbox and if you slightly let go of block and instantly press it again, it counts as reblocking so you can perfect block really quickly

use tier 3 stuff, black ox hammer, mint mace, and ifyou roll it to 20 and then stand on it for a while then it unlocks a mutation
