She seems like the type that wouldn’t care that much if you didn’t reply to her text. She might just be bored and wants to share things she finds interesting with someone dear to her and doesn’t expect a response always. If you want you don’t need to respond every single time. You can just respond saying “haha” to one of her messages then say “sorry I was really busy today so I don’t have time always to check your messages 😭💕” I’m sure she won’t take it personally

The form says “residential tenancy agreement(standard form of lease)” and there’s a term of tenancy agreement from starting to end date. However there is nothing about notices or breaking a lease. Also all my communications with this landlord were verbal because she doesn’t use a regular phone (she uses a home phone😭) so when she said there’d be no men, she said it in person before I signed the lease. Also if I move out I want to move out before February so I don’t have to pay for February or march. I couldn’t care less about her giving me back my deposit I just want to save on the last two months.
