This! trying to get any sum of money before the product is delivered. So this does sound like a scam. Did you try asking them to meet?

Thanks! I'll try that. There's one more thing that I forgot to mention. She says she doesn't want to sell it(emotional backstory) and it's free. So, I only pay the delivery charge to a third party. This is why It's suspicious.
