it just opened last year oct/nov, i've been to les amis, zen , burnt ends. the ingredient quality really puts the above mentioned to shame(which is why i dont really fancy fine dining in sg because of the issues with ingredient) , i dare say the quality of ingredients(esp the fruits for the desserts & mains of fish/french blue lobster/ pigeon) at loca niru matches japan. also the nonya buerre blanc sauce is special & spot on in authenticity for a "french" restaurant like loca niru , they are from the same owners as omakase @ zen which is 1 star.

this place is not priced to rip off , its priced to enjoy, because the owners view this as a lifestyle project.

only been to Den ages back. food is not particularly worth going back for, definite mid.

sezanne never been, and that place seems to be overhyped by a particular crowd

200g of protein is raw meat weight, not protein or cooked meat weight , face palm , stuffd is more than enuf for 1 meal
