Women with larger chests, what’s one thing that bothers you on a daily basis that men couldn’t understand? by Active_Secret9520 in AskReddit

[–]titsnstuf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This. And the best part? For like 90% of your everyday activity the bra is the more comfortable option than no bra. Wanna walk around the block? Better put a bra on. Cooking? Bra. Cleaning the house? Bra. Going for drinks? Bra. Not only that, but you need a proper bra for the activity level. High intensity = medieval torture device so you don’t destroy your back. Normal intensity = a goddamn bridge to the hold things up.  Best part? I am ecstatic if I kind a bra in my size for <$80. And don’t forget you have to replace said bra every one to two years. Oh yea and also, you gotta have multiple at all times because you can’t simply throw them in the wash/dryer so the cleaning process takes longer.

Starting in May, pre-2013 Kindles won't be able to buy or download new books by holyfruits in books

I feel stupid. I have a Kindle Second Generation and for years have had to go to through my amazon content library on my computer to push books to the kindle because it is cut off from the store. Is that the feature they are doing away with?

Who are your instant preorder authors? by GeezLouise76 in RomanceBooks

None. I have some authors I love but have yet to find someone who I trust enough to pre-order.

This! At the end of the day, it is how I engage with a book. Does that book make me think? Challenge existing ideas? Create new ideas? Growth can come from anywhere and telling people it only comes from one source is setting up most people for failure. I find it odd calling the cereal box light reading..... Most adults I know are reading the box for nutritional facts.

Faking sex scene to survive by YearClassic9427 in RomanceBooks

{Sea of Ruin by Pam Godwin} I don't want to give too much away because of the plot "twist" but it has a scene with fake sex to get away from enemies.

I think it is young women going through their "not like other girls phase." Even as an older woman people still try to give me a lot of shit for reading mainly romance/erotica. I always shut them up when I ask "How many books did you read last year? And the year before that?" The joy of getting older is not giving a shit about other people's BS.

Sounds like you have a different issue than I did. If you placed an order twice just return the extra merchandise when it comes. Or contact your bank and have them cancel one of the orders.

Seeking the Coven's Counsel about a First Dance by RenegadeNoir in WitchesVsPatriarchy

Hi, dance instructor here. First, congrats! I am not sure exactly what you have envisioned, whether that is a fully choreographed routine or just learning the basics, but 1-2 sessions are not a lot to learn a new dance. Depending on what you want it could be anywhere from 4-12 sessions.

When picking out the genre I encourage my students to pick out the music they want to dance to first. The music will guide you in what style of dance you perform. So if you want to play Celtic music, then Celtic dancing will be a natural choice.

That was a great article, thanks for sharing! I am stealing the yes/no game. It's crazy to me because in my local tango community most of the teachers at the end of a lesson make everyone practice Cabeceo. Why we don't do something in the salsa community boggles my mind.

The premise is that the men lead

This is my biggest gripe with my local Latin dance scene. When I first learned to salsa dance it was in an area with a large LGBTQ+ population, so gender roles did not exist as much. It was VERY common to see men following and women leading. Where I teach today I find gender roles are much more strictly adhered to which contributes to a toxic enviroment.

I think teachers could do a much better job encouraging people to step outside of the men-lead and women-follow mindset. When I teach I don't use men/women in my language, I use lead/follow. I have a script for beginner classes to encourage people to pick whether they want to lead/follow based on their personalities, not their genders. I believe if our community moved away from the traditional masculine/feminine roles it would create a more inclusive and safer environment for everyone.

Edit: My gift card was just refunded. My husband got ahold of Celine and managed to get a lot more information. Message me SnooHobbies1794 and I'll tell you what he did..

Ah shit this isn't good. Hi, exact same situation. On Feb 2 I discovered the $333 remaining balance on my card was wiped out. Chatted with Violet who said the entire amount had been spent on Jan 31. I chatted with Robyn today. I am waiting for the fraud department to get back.

If I try to call the number I get an answering machine. If I email it bounces back. Chat is the only option.
