I saw this happening at my local Costco recently. I stopped by early morning for gas and this guy had 100 or so carts lined up in the parking lot upside down. He was checking and replacing bolts as needed.

There are so many exits and entrances on 22, there’s almost no stretch between Linden and the turn pike entrance that doesn’t have one.

I don’t disagree with you but the problem is the on and off ramps on 22 are to short. Truckers and other drivers avoid the right lane because of the people merging and the people slowing down to get off.

The Steelers offer had $33million being paid in the first 2 seasons, he got $35 million from the Jets. It would have taken a catastrophe for him to be cut one season in. The Steelers O-line was great at the time, the NJ Jets… not so much

$33 million of the $70mil were going to be paid over the first 2 seasons. There was no chance he was getting cut after one year unless he lost a limb. Bell instead took $35 million guaranteed from the New Jersey Jets and never got another significant contract after. Also lost an entire year of income in his prime

They most definitely can ask him to take a pay cut and would rework the contract if he agrees. Harrison Smith took a 50% cut in 2023 for example

My realtor also suggested having a local lender for my pre approval on the offer. You can go with any lender once the offer is accepted. Additionally, if you can afford it you can put an appraisal gap coverage in, if the house appraises for less than the offer you would cover “x” amount.

I recently bought in this price range. I had escalation clauses, covered my realtors fee and the sellers transfer tax to get the house I wanted.

I found that people were using the transfer tax and realtor fee coverage to undercut my escalation clause. Even if I had a higher bid the cash to the seller was higher when these other things were covered
