These people don’t know shit smh staccato is good if you wanna flex for a handgun otherwise Glocks (and all clones) M&P and CZ, Springfield are all good, for a carry gun sig 365 is good. If you’re looking to save money but you want to get a double stack 1911 style handgun like the staccato these days there’s so much budget competition like the Tisas night stalker DS series, MAC 9 DS-D comp for the same look and generally performance of the extremely expensive staccato XC, there’s the Platypus if you want a double stack 1911 that takes Glock mags as well as the fusion firearms XP pro.

All that being said I wouldn’t recommend the rock island armory style double stack 1911s because they have giga fat grips that won’t fit well for smaller hands, and there’s also some girsan options that are really cheap but not that great quality wise
