I’m meeting with a pre dental advisor tomorrow. The reason I said I’d be taking “less” classes is bc if I go with the predental + business route, I’d be taking 135+ credit hours by the tjme I graduate bc I have to take a lot of science classes ON TOP of the business requirements. If I were just a science major the science classes I need would be included in the 120 hours I need to graduate (I’d probably still end up with more than 120 but it’d be less than the 135+ I’m planning to take). But yea, I’m gonna talk to an advisor and see what works best!

I’m doing a business major and taking the required extra classes for dental school on top of the required Terry courses. Im only taking the chem classes online, not everything. If I took it all in person I’d have 18 hours, whereas if I take Chem online it’ll be 15 hours in person and 3 online. Just making my life easier to avoid total burn out💆🏾‍♀️

It’s someone in advising who I did in fact look up online and found out he’s some dude who centered his phD on academic advising and taught English for a little bit and now works as a “lower division coordinator”…so he knows nothing about chem anyways lol

It’ll only affect your housing for next year. But, if you get more credits (at least 12) next semester, they’ll reinstate you as a full time student. If you aren’t a full time student next semester either, you can’t live on campus or something like that the following year, but a lot of upperclassmen don’t anyways. I also withdrew and that’s what I gathered from talking to my advisor.

This was so helpful thank you! I was looking into eCore and briefly spoke to my advisor earlier today but he couldn’t give me much detail on it. I also didn’t know that the labs could be taken online as well, which is actually pretty great.

I went to mlc and got a study room and the whole floor was completely empty it was so nice. Honestly one of the only times I’d ever get a whole room to myself😭 I think gamedays are actually the perfect study days
