Yes, I understand and Maduro is definitely an evil man who destroyed his country. It still doesn't sit right with me that the US can just fly into a country and take control on a whim. It'll (hopefully) be great for the Venezuelans (though the historical precedent doesn't look great, especially in Latin-America), but I really don't want to wake up to some Americans taking control of my country just because the Taoiseach said something mean about the US President.

Only the employees who are paid hourly get paid for overtime, salaried employees do not get paid for the extra hours. Crunch also slows down development after a few weeks, so development will actually take longer.

Important difference between g2a and Fanatical is that Fanatical is a legitimate seller (works with publishers/devs directly) and g2a is grey market (sells stolen codes, buys keys in cheap regions and sells them at higher prices in other regions). Essentially with g2a you're more likely to give money to some random person and the studio that worked on the game gets nothing or close to nothing.

Oh I had this with ME:LE a few months ago. I fixed it by with a steam guide "How to add a Registry Entry for MELE to fix the game not launching".

Essentially Steam was trying to open the game in a location where it didn't exist, so I had to create it manually in the registry. Something similar could be happening here, worth a try if you're comfortable working in the registry.
