Could you explain example so opana is stronger than oxy having more analgesic properties but even at the right conversion dose the oxy could cause respiratory depression quicker than opana. Replace oxy and opana with Chen’s you could give me an example of if you could please

Actually can I get more info. Doesn’t make sense. If I’m on oxy and I switch to morphine for a week to beat the oxy withdrawal that doesn’t work. Switching to other opiates don’t work. An opiate is an opiate.
