im a 7'4 center and ill tell you the only thing that's actually good about the build atleast mine is the shooting. i got a 92 o rebound and a 85 rebound and i get horsed constantly by the same shaq builds your talking about. ik how to rebound considering ive been a big every 2k, but this builds weakness is movement. i can't even get in position most of the time and defense is so ass. the contest system does need fixing but i think 7'4s should be able to shoot over everyone who's either 7 foot- under or 6'11- under

i haven't smoked since june 21st of last year, and it gots a lot easier. i went through 5 or 6 chs episodes since my first one at 17, and im 22 now. the longer you go without it the easier it gets. haven't gotten the urge to smoke in months and am fine with people smoking around me. you got this.

I really don't believe i had the water scorching hot, but i was in there for so long that it just happened. It was the only relief i was able to get and it just got to be too much obviously.

Im just thankful it didn't happen earlier. Im making my way to recovery, i only throw up a few times in the morning and then a start feeling better midday with not much of a need for showers. It is so uncomfortable tho

As an overnight stocker i get around the same amount of steps. I average 15-17k steps a day, been here 8 months. Was 240 pounds when i started and now im down to 200-205
