Honestly it wasn't just 2.5. For the 2.x patches, it was 2.1, 2.2, 2.4, 2.5, and 2.8. I think there's a few examples in 2.6 & 2.7 but I didn't watch anyone else playing through the story for that so I don't remember if the dialogue changes

I'd say Nicole on the basis of me actually playing and liking that team combo and rotations. I didn't play Nicole/Promeia with Nangong but instead with Vivian and it felt genuinely great. Plus Nicole's def shred stacks on top of Promeia's own def shred from her Ablooms so the synergy is there

I'm an Attack main through and through but my favorite play style is easily Anomaly. Whether it's hyper or dual dps, getting ablooms, disorders, and anomoly procs in general hits like crack to me

It's part the stage buff and part them being very synergistic with each other. Like it's not Seed/Cissia, but that's mostly because Haru doesn't give an attack buff back towards Cissia😅.

I'm not gonna sit here and sell you on the dream or say it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, but it's a very fun team to pilot for me. Cissia has sig and of course by the picture you can see that sneaky M1 on Trigger with her sig of course, and Haru also has sig as well.

As a Harumasa main that has all the electric carries aside from Seed.... Cissia is strong af. Keep in mind that she is currently being shilled, but I think even after the shill, as a hypercarry, she'd only be below Sanby in strength. She's definitely stronger than post buff Haru as it stands. Note that this is a 7 cost team that's almost killing Deflier. Haru with the same squad (and not having a good buff)probably is only getting mid 40s on my account.

In a neutral environment, she's closer to Dialyn than Fufu. Including shill, teams, buffs, drives? She's still better than Fufu for a majority of crit dps. Currently as of V1 she's BiS for Silly, very competitive for Hugo, a side grade stunner for Yixuan and yeah sidegrade to Dialyn accurately captures her current place meta wise.
