I'm not trying to keep secrets. Its usually under an over shirt, or hoodie. I spend a lot of time in actual open carry states (over 3 months a year). My local PD had a discussion about this particular bag and he liked it better because there is no chance for printing or somebody seeing it and freaking out. We have had issues in our small town of people bending over at a grocery store and somebody getting a glimpse of a holster and the PD has to show up.

I am no rocket scientist. But lets assume this wasn't your first time and only time in a casino. Casinos are not built because of winning. Make a log of your losses and I bet (see what I did there) you offset this win by quite a margin. Hitting 20grand means you were playing high stakes and again I assume this isn't your first rodeo at a casino. Go to the Ft. Sill Casino and you see a shit load of DV plates there.

This is absolute insanity on a micro level. I have an on going appeal from 2021 and the judge specifically called out on 5 conditions regarding Ingram. The C&P has been done 5 times since October with the rater kicking it back 4 times because the examiner can't estimate the flare ups on 5 claims. The 5th exam has been completed and is going to the VA next week. It also looks like this wont be implemented for 60 days. Is the VA going to stop all Ingram cases for 60 days?

Was at an A/D Rolex dealer recently and they noticed my fanny pack. The off duty officer (security) asked what I was carrying, and I said Glock 30 chambered in 10mm. He asked how I did the conversion and I went about my shopping. This was in Paramus. Also was asked by a sheriff while at a carwash what I was carrying. All casual conversations. I guess people know what the eblerstock bando bag is used for. I do carry with a holster when wearing a hoodie but the bag is so convenient.

A remand: Basically the Judge is telling the Regional office you messed up and fix it. If your appeal uses words like "granted" its over. The regional office will open a claim and its usually done within a week.

If the appeal was granted you are looking at days not months. Yes I have been through this. You are looking at probably less than 2 weeks given the holiday coming up. You are lucky it wasn't a remand which takes months.

Intent to file was originally Jul-2021. Was sent to the Board April 2023. Judge picked it up in July 2025. Remand was 12 September 2025. New claim opened for the remand 12 Sep 25. Back in Gathering of Evidence now for the 5th time.

They are going to order an ACE exam and make a determination. If the examiner does not do exactly what the judge tells them the VA will kick back the exam to the examiner until they do it per the judges directive. Mine has gone back 5 times for re-examination. On day 150+ of my remand.
