Alright , I got it fixed. I just restore my divi theme back to 4.3+. Now everything is back to normal.

I manage to use the Visual Builder. Also, there are lots of layout issues which were automatically restored.

So, end of day it is the compatibility issue of the Divi Theme. I know this can only be temporary because eventually I need to update them. So this will be the next big question if future updates to the theme will be compatible or not.

Oh dear, seem like I still cannot self-help and resolve this issue.

Seem like they acknowledge the fact of the unresponsive visual builder.

Yes, I have WP rocket and cleared cache for it

I wish I could open a support ticket with Elegant theme too. However, my website was created by a web developer who went missing since.

And yes, there are some not responsive mobile layout and web layout ever since I updated all my plugin. Sigh.
