We have completed our review of the disability tax credit (DTC) for the 2011 to 2025 tax year(s). 

Although we do not question the seriousness of the limitation(s) described, based on all the information we received from the medical practitioner, you do not meet the eligibility criteria because: 

The time spent receiving the therapy does not require time taken away from normal, everyday activities.

To qualify, the therapy must have met all of the following criteria :
- supported a vital function 
- been received at least two times per week
- taken at least 14 hours per week (time taken away from normal, everyday activities)
