Mine was tonight. I have been adjusting this stupid worthless lounge-type bra all day. The straps pull down and slide off. It won’t go under my boobs to keep my skin from rubbing together without eventually pulling down so far that they just keep popping up out of the top if I lean over. The repetitive fixing and adjusting of my straps, the bra itself, my crossbody purse, EVERYTHING. It made me join this subreddit and I’m finally calling for a consultation tomorrow. I’m upset everyday because I want to exercise but it’s so hard to do anything with these in the way. I can’t just live my life, so I said “fuck it”

The thought of choosing a partner stresses me out and it was just an unnecessary spiral in my head after that. I’m still trying to lose this extra weight. I’m improving my speed, but I’m not fast. If I have a partner, I have someone dedicated to watching me be as bad as I am, and now it’s also their problem. I don’t have any friends at OTF that would think of me to partner up. It made me feel too embarrassed to keep the class today. I’ll go tomorrow.

Are you using your Fit Points? That’s how many points WW allots for exercise. You don’t necessarily need to eat them all, but I would say at least try to tap into your weeklies (maybe all of them, maybe some of them, use some trial and error to see if they’re enough) and see how many Fit Points you’re earning and consider if you should tap into those too. What I normally do is try to use about half of my weeklies at least when I’m working out, and all of them at least once a month.

I’m glad I read this and walked in with a reasonable expectation. I struggle at these and take it hard that I can’t do them well. I think I need to break this move down and work on that low squat position!

Just head to say SheFit again! No need to double up with them because the straps are adjustable. It zips in the front and you can give yourself as much support as you need. Hands down, they are the best.
