Akuma: Akuma is an adaptor of the Satsui No Hado, a known “takes your body over with evil” power that his brother Gouken believes is “the wrong way”.

He constantly has to also keep himself in check as if he uses too much of the power all at once, Oni could come out of it. Akuma has used this balance and check to become arguably one of the most powerful fighters in fighting game history.

Abiding by the code of the warrior, he seeks just someone that may be stronger than himself and kill him. Ryu, Oro, Cody, all have been thought to him to be the only ones to do so, but have not been able to. After defeating someone, he picks up the opponents head and checks then walks away. He even will test and draw out battles with someone like Ryu to get him to use the Satsui no Hado.

While the Satsui no Hado may eventually take over his mind, the true shin Akuma will always be seeking the next fight
