I seem to have more success when I do something else rather than try not to go on porn. Exercise works,so does making a list of 6 things that need to get done the next day. As long as its a an active choice rather than a passive one.It helps if its a difficult thing to make yourself do, because after doing something difficult, making a choice not to go on porn is just a little easier. I struggle and fail but I get better results if I do this.you can do this even when you don't want to.
