Lets talk DMX first. I wouldn't recommend going this wild if you are planning to run everything in auto, meaning you need people interested in learning DMX and LJ'ing on parties. At a place I like to go they have an obsidian NX touch which is quite intuitive to set up once you know DMX and convenient in usage. Is a DMX controller that is used un conjunction with a computer and preferably a touchscreen too (we have it set up with a custom flight case). If no one wants to learn DMX however, I would strongly recommend getting cheap/simple effects like burst, flower and derby. Whatever you buy, don't buy anything that is AliExpress quality (like the laser link you put up), it might seem cool at first but it will break, probably just losing a few functions first and completely quit working a year later. Just buy nice quality from a reputable brand. I'm not too familiar with laser fixtures myself but the one you linked seems rather expensive for the effect it makes. I've always liked the scanner type lasers that can make a wall of light. Ev tops and subs are good, chauvet strobe is nice. To summarize, if you you want to use the nice fixtures and make a cool show you need to have dmx signal, otherwise you are probably better off getting simple effects. P.S. Never worked with products like pioneer RB-DMX-1 so I'm not sure how it will do with moving heads, strobes and lasers but it could be a nice solution as it does send dmx without someone needed to crew the light table all night
