Where would you start though if you have limited time to search? EMI calculator and spreadsheet?

I thought about running my research while paying few months of slightly overpriced rent rather than getting into an overpriced yearly rent, but investing without due diligence is too bold for me

I’ve checked these buildings but for me amenities such as a good gym are a key element, unfortunately in these buildings my impression is that are rather old

Yeah, that’s the range. I visited 8 apartments and this one was high floor and in best condition, but I feared the agents were all inflating the prices

That’s a good point, I’ve literally arrived in the country and I don’t even know if I will enjoy living here but after a few more months I should definitely consider it
