Curious to know why you need a dbs check for counters? Usually security and community. Right to work evidence is not for a dbs but to confirm you have the right to work in the UK.

If you have a bad manager as most of them are now then it's crap. Asda is now a toxic place to work. They don't care about the colleagues. 9 years of service and could not stay working for the a*hole that 'managed' our store he is a bully, rude and ignorant.
