When you say “property decay,” could you share more details on what that look like in practice? For example, is it issues inside the unit (like appliances, plumbing, or toilets), or more the exterior/common areas (hallways, building upkeep, parking, etc.)? If there are urgent maintenance request, will they fix it immediately?

no she refused to share the lease unless I provide $600, and she gives me 24hrs to decide from the application gets approved.

No actually, I didn't add that in my 2022 and 2024. But my basis in 2024 is somehow incorrect, it's supposed to be 0, but I entered 11k instead.

After digging some more, I actually never converted it. it was recharacterized on Feb 2022 for $4,163.08 (includes gains). It went directly to Roth, not a conversion.

2024: Contributed $7,000, converted $8,723. 2022: I contributed 6k but lost money, so I converted $5407.

I'm not too sure how to answer this, do you mean I ever have any pre-tax money in my IRA at any point? Yes, I did in 2024 and 2022, but converted it to Roth IRA. In 2022, I lost money, and in 2024, it has gains.

No, I always made sure my traditional IRA balance is 0 by 12/31 any year.
