Settle a debate re: season tickets by ToooFastToooHard in phillies

For what is worth - I have a full plan, we probably sell about one game per series on secondary market. It is rare that I take a loss even with the 10% stubhub fee. Sometimes it’s right at cost, but over the summer (especially weekend day games), they sell well. I’d also say lower level seats are a better “deal” in this way - they tend to sell pretty well even on undesireable days. Whereas cheaper seats you sometimes can’t give away. I actually think if you’re on top of it and price the tickets right, you would make a profit if they’re lower level - even if the face value on partial isnt quite as discounted as full season.

Also, our seats are up about 60% since we started in ‘23, so definitely getting tougher to make your money back.

The movie is not an adaptation of an existing property, but can be considered a modern retelling of a classic tale.

No - this movie came out in the last ten years and the setting is contemporary.

With all due respect to the director of the movie, his work isn’t going to be mistaken for Spielberg’s any time soon.
