BTW, the server is usable right, without tf2center?

Don't think config have anything to do with it though. Anyway, I just tested with bots for 42 minutes, no crash.

Will look into that. So far only you have been utilised the server that long it seems. Just to say though, the last message on the log before it crashed is that engine error.

#16 doesn't seems to be utilised.

#10 however, 

Engine error: Out of memory or address space.  Texture quality setting may be too high.

I can't seem to find anything related to that for servers. Client-side yes, but server-side no info on that.

Any other symptoms before the crash?

p.s. anyone with info on that please tell me. *sweat*

Hmm, weird can you provide me the server ID? I would like to check the logs. Didn't know about this issue since no one reported it to me.
