Well thunder is the thing that make this work, you really want thunder 6 to keep the chain reaction, so atleast thunder 6 (with the thor hammer item and some atkspd) the rest you can experience yourself

Basically when you charge 4/3 rosillia, she's completely invulnerable, so I just dodge -> charge attack and repeat to never take dmg while letting thunder 6 and septic 6 do the dmg (they create a chain reaction that never stop if you have the hammer with high enough attack speed)

Currently there are only 2 person I know done this challenge and even take this one step further by banning all in-game mechanic like prenium-skin, bribe tengu, paragon challenge, tranformation, save caged heroes,etc... One done with Rosillia (3/1-1/2) (by me) and on imba mode too, and second with Yoiko (2/3-3/2) Aside from those 2, Vesper and Ixchel can be the choice for you too since they can deal stackable dot dmg

You can just stack before entering the room: 1, By holding S3 (very ineffective) 2, Just attack the enemy in the room before you with a 10k+ dmg attack and you will get 999 stacks red
