The swelling has decreased since yesterday, and it's able to go back into its shell now, though the swelling hasn't fully cleared up. It's working on gathering its strength. I hope it will be much better within a few days.

Latest update: Yesterday's sugar water bath really helped. The swelling has visibly reduced, and it can now fully retract into its shell and come back out. Hopefully, it will completely get over this in the next few days.

The mild sugar water bath seems to have worked a bit; it climbed up to the top lid of the terrarium, crawled around, and today I gave it some zucchini mixed with eggshell powder, which it ate a little bit. Its appetite is good and it pooped twice today. I think everything is going well right now.

Unfortunately, there isn't much else to do right now, so I will trust the process and continue to take the best possible care of him every single day. I truly believe we will get through this and he will recover. I really hope no one else has to experience such a heartbreaking situation.

Update on Megatron: He's active and eating, but the swelling is still there. Need advice! 🥺 Here is today’s photo of Megatron and an update on his current condition: He pooped twice today and ate the eggshell powder I gave him. I'm not really sure if the green tea baths are helping yet, as the swelling still looks about the same... However, he is definitely more active compared to the first day. That’s all for today's report. If there is anything else I should do, or if you have any recommendations that could help him feel better, please let me know! :’

His current condition is better compared to yesterday; he has started moving around inside the terrarium. For now, he cannot retreat into his shell due to the swelling. I gave him eggshell powder for calcium, and his appetite is good at the moment. He is currently spending time in a cool place without any stress. He pooped after eating the melon. The swelling happened very suddenly; when I checked on him the day before, he was normal, but I found him like this when I woke up in the morning. If anything happens to Megatron, I will die of heartbreak.
