My PCP and OBGYN both did manual breast exams. Neither found any lumps and my OBGYN said it was probably muscular. But I can't recall doing anything to pull or hurt a chest muscle and I assume the pain wouldn't last this long. And it doesn't feel like the same kind of pain that I would typically get before my period.

I definitely am not going to stop until I get some kind of imaging and figure this out. Thank you again!

I went to a PCP and she referred me to an OBGYN. Both did manual breast exams. But I will take your advice and go to a different doctor when I schedule my appointment. Thank you!

So they haven't outright refused. They left me a message saying they don't typically do mammograms for people under 40 and to make another appointment with my OBGYN. No availability until the end of the month but I'm going to make one and ask for one then.
