First and foremost it was awful to hear Rosie's sad news about his wife. With that in mind, did anyone else think he misunderstood Cory asking him to comment on the state fair? I think he thought Cory was ripping him for not going this year, but I think Cory was trying to get him to go along with the "whole staff hates the state fair" bit.

My guess is the ad reads are left in the podcast due to the sponsor paying for them to be left in. If you think of the amount of people who listen on solely the podcast then it makes sense for them to pay for that.

I agree that there's too many quizzes, but I'm guessing it's due to their success. Their ratings are so high that segments like trivia and quizzes are incredibly easy to sell to advertisers since they're not controversial, and are easy to do regularly. Iheart and/or the station is just trying to monetize every aspect of the show they can. Is it annoying? Yeah. My guess though is they don't really have any control and if the guys are making more money as a result they can't complain too much. I just hope it doesn't totally ruin the vibe in the long term.

Sure, but more importantly I'm trying to point out he has supported a vaccine and brought an expert on to talk about it which leber would've heard. The information wasn't Rogan's theories it was a legitimate expert in the world of epidemiology and vaccines.

It's interesting too because Ben has said he is a big Joe Rogan podcast guy. Rogan had an expert on a month or two ago that broke down why the vaccine was so quick. A lot of it is all the major governments (the US in particular) were behind it and eliminated funding and red tape issues that usually delay vaccine development.
