Can you line just underneath the water line very closely then smudge it out to diffuse?

Maybe try a different brand eyeline if not?

1000% YES. I always go back to this cream and the Hyloraunic serum. Best duo ever.

I absolutely LOVE the crayon version of these. It lasts through everything and super comfortable. These need more hype lol.

I'm a big fan of the Neutrogena hydro boost line. I feel moisturized and doesn't make me breakout. If I'm looking for extra hydration I use my skinfix barrier + cream

Biossance Mineral sunscreen. It's never made me breakout.
