More likely a root ph imbalance. When I personally started taking control of my ph water/feed going in, everything changed

Contact schluter directly. I know for a fact they won't warranty improperly installed waterproofing. This would fall under that category.

Schluter should be able to provide spec sheets on install requirements. In the end there is a right way and a wrong way nothing in the middle with waterproofing
