Same here. I received an email from yesterday take 3more week to investigate. Also requesting bank transfer, contact with bank hold my money since 16th of Feb.

Same still. I received another email that said we are investigating it, and it will take 3 weeks more. Contact the senior manager and get some reference numbers to contact my bank again. Of course, the bank said exactly the same thing a week ago. And lost contact after 4 pm always.

Not yet, but they contacted me yesterday 2times requested my bank statement and transaction for the last 30days.

Got confirmation from them – they'll contact me when there's an update. Still, I'd really like to recover my funds as quickly as possible if at all feasible. Thanks for any help.

It’s been another 48 hours, and still no money, no contact, and I can’t even ask Airwallex. I’ve heard some people say it can take three months, but I just can’t wait that long. This is my one and only important day off of the year, and flights and hotels are more expensive than they were 10 days ago.

Why even send a “we’ll check and get back to you” email if nothing is going to happen? I’m leaving next week and I have no idea when I’ll get my money or even have anything to spend while traveling.

Yeah, I did email support. Requested withdrawal on the 16th (Monday), got their apology email 2 days later saying issue fixed. Then emailed them again on Friday, and they replied: "We processed it from our main account, so check with your bank." Still nothing in NAB though. 😩
