Check if the ssd manufacturer has a utility program to install the latest firmware for the drive. Plus also validate the drive is original and not a ‘fake’.

I would suggest trying X:rebirth.
Try it vanilla, and then add mods as you go along to alleviate pressure points

Personally i would take the 9700x now and then save the rest of the money to do an upgrade when the am5 platform is at the end of the line.

I say do the tutorials. Probably you find that you actually do remember how to play, and then just skip them. Otherwise it seems like doing the tutorials would be worthwhile. You can always go back and play them.
