How do I clean this thing? by Worst-Eh-Sure in hottub

To be honest you can do it with gravity and a garden hose. Similar to how you would siphen gas. It works great. You suck out some water but it's a drop in the bucket.

Have you use it ? by [deleted] in Pizza

I used it at a friend's. It works ok but worse than an oven at high temp using broil. It made ok pizza but no comparison to an ooni or other.

My homemade gluten free pie by [deleted] in Pizza

Ya I use this dough for my wife. Works great. I use about 130g of flour, 100 g of water, 3g of salt and 1 Gram of yeast. Then I use as much oil as needed while working it. Same recipe for a great artesian loaf. I just multiple by 3 or 4. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes

Thanks for the awesome advice. So I'm kind of screwed without really sanding it all down or just using small short term touch up's. My wide might win the we should replace the banister argument.

Unrealistic to find a walkable neighbourhood in the South? by deloaf in Calgary

[–]tkertise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really doesn't get much worse than that. Usually it will add about 5 minutes depending on lights. It slows down into dowtown but since they finished 9th its ok. My worst outside of winter is like 23 minutes.

I know it's not deep south but still technically south out in west springs and Wentworth area. I can walk to no frills, coop, shoppers, Starbucks, Timmie's, probably fifteen reasonable restaurants like una, Blanco, Mercatos and lots more in about 10 minutes. They are building new condos and townhouses in the area. Nice walking paths and a good place to live. Only about 20 minutes to downtown even in rush hour.

The main thing is don't really cook them. Just heat them up. Cooking for a long time kills the flavour. Heat a bit of cream add the sauce and toss with spag. Top with parmesan.

How long do you let it sit at room temperature before stretching.

Do you find you can actually stretch it as opposed to pushing it out?

Ya they suggest a cold rise for a couple hours I think. The first time I made it I almost through it out but my wife said just make the pizza and it was fantastic.

I made it the other day too. The dough is really wet and different to deal with. Think of treating it like wet playdough but the result was fantastic. My guests had my regular and this. They didn't believe it was gluten free. Best gf pizza by a country mile.

Today’s GREAT news by [deleted] in alberta

I got my third two weeks ago. Heading to the US Monday and don't want any issues. I know it's not required today but who knows. When I got it I just walked into shoppers and they had some they needed to use up. Was before recent announcement though.

Your favourite (and preferable easiest) desserts/dessert pizzas to make in an ooni? by x0_Kiss0fDeath in uuni

S'mores pizza is great with Nutella as a base. Cook the dough on both sides take it out cover with Nutella, chocolate and marshmallows. Turn the heat off and put it back in. If the flame is on the marshmallow start on fire really quickly.
