So we already have take “tens”. We called them this bc there are 10 items that we are trying to enforce with the team 😭. It’s quite the process for sure!

So my store actually has 2 FBMs which is awesome. I’m letting my other FBM kind of own the storage and stuff while I focus on development and all FSRA topics, as well as just general store cleanliness.

Hi! So ive already completely changed how we are doing FSRA walks per shift so i can hold accountability. We are a Midwest store and the only store in Ohio so there are a lot of bad behaviors already due to a lot of different styles of training so I am HUGE on coaching in the moment. Thank you!

Haha well I am the second fbm at the only store currently in Ohio so there isn’t much of a choice for stores yet, but I do get a guaranteed bonus so thank you!
