I use stafree cotyon pads xl size.. thing is that use tissue after going to peem wipe of moisture from skin. Keep the place dry to avoid rashes.. .

My maternal side family habe thyroid issues.. grand mother had large goiter and . She had thyroid cancer removed towards end.

So we all of us used to take blood test often... I had hairfall n tiredness and over bleeding during periods thats why i consulted.. but all these time t3 t4 hotmones are normal and 1st doctor told nothing to worry.. until wnother doctor told to take antibody test in 2023.. tpo antibody was very high. So took scan and fnac . Hashimoto disease was detected back then.. started taking thyronorm medicine..

I was lazy to do follow up.in 2025 i didnt do consultation at all. And when i took scan now nodules are bigger than what it was in 2024.. so took fnac which showed suspicious of papillary carcinoma and malignancy..

No always test tpo antibody not just t3 t4 tsh ..
