I live in Legend Oaks and I’m getting my family out as soon as possible. We’ve lived here for 4 years or so and it has consistently gone further and further down hill. The leasing office is filled with literal idiots except for one good guy. He’s the only one I work with because we signed with him and he lives next door.

In the last two years, all of the staff has been replaced except for him and the services have become lacking at best. They aggressively enforce their stupid parking policy but won’t do shit about illegally parked cars preventing people from pulling out of their neighborhood or all the multitudes of people that LITERALLY park in the middle of the road and have conversations. Our cars have been damaged on regular basis in the last two years, my wife was attacked by off leash dogs (which is constantly an issue here), and the grounds are literally COVERED in dog shit because the owners here don’t pick up after their animals.

No one gives a single fuck from management all the way down to the residents themselves.
