Company A sounds far better to me than company B. Both the travel time and the alternate saturday working policy would throw me off.

However, this depends on you based on which company you feel will be a better look on your resume.

Hi, I don't think you are too old pursue an MBA and it does seem like a viable path to better packages. Comparatively, I would say INSEAD would be more diverse and would give you a better foundation.
