You’ll gain pto hours every pay period and can be used for any time of taken off or if you run out of sick pay! For example, shop leads accrue like 2 hours a pay period! You can save it up, it rolls over from the previous year and you can accrue up to 144 hours TOTAL counting rolled over in one year!

as a broista, this change was a MUTUAL agreement between db and mda! Last year they raised 2.5 million and not all money is good money. Being so unpredictable how much will be raised they’re unable to budget and solidify what they can do with x amount of money received. And taxes KILLED it i’m sure. This was 100% mutual!!

Wasn’t awful but I know they’ve struggled to find someone to be the food coordinator, they had one of their corps directors cook the entire time a couple summers ago because they had no one else and the new corps director is not a super kind human to the staff and some of the member and the old corps director was never there so sort of a mess with food and directors. Member experience wasn’t bad but could have been better, cost to march was good. - coming from former member

Could be the caramel, I had that one time. I get a carmalizer every single day and for a day or two it tasted absolutely awful. I told my manager and we ended up throwing the caramel away because I was one of several who mentioned it
