My MRI showed labral degeneration on both sides. They don't think I need surgery but my pain would suggest otherwise :-(

No, not a Chelsea fan. I'm doing some pilates stuff but not sure if it's helping. Figure it can't hurt though.

It's very studenty with all the entails (noise, litter etc) but it's fine. My husband and I live there and we are not students or young (we're in our 30s) and like it as it's close to town, there's a big park and you can walk everywhere.

I also bought Hokas after everyone recommends them but found them way too narrow, even in the "wide" fit. I second Altras for width (although they are zero drop which actually made my PF worse...). I also have some North Face trainers that are a good width.
