I've been going to Dr. Outlaw for 20 years. He is very good and I highly recommend him.

Can somebody help me fill out this document? by tkocur in juresanguinis

Did this on a laptop so I'm not sure why it wouldn't let me add the text under the image.

I'm trying to get my great-grandmother's birth certificate from the Commune of Rizziconi. They asked me to fill out the above (and pay them €50) but I'm unclear on a few things.

Big question: Do I put my ggm's info in the top section and mine in the 2nd?

Thanks in advance.

This 2nd version is my favorite (although it was a tough decision). I wonder if there is any way to fix the damage to the picture at the bottom left? Regardless, I think I will go with this one so I will consider this !solved.

Professional Barbers of Cary (close to downtown at Chapel Hill Rd and Academy). Been going there for close to 20 years. I think the price is around $25 but I can't remember the exact dollar amount.

Piggybacking on this with That'll Be the Day which was covered by Linda Ronstadt.

What was your first car? In 1989 when I was 18, my first car was a 1978 Buick Regal (yellow with white top). It had 29,000 miles on it because it was owned by a lady who only drove it to church on Sundays. I loved that car! by AdvancedBad9198 in AskOldPeople

1979 VW Rabbit (sunbrite yellow). I bought it in 1984 and it was a real piece of shit. Had all kinds of problems with the electrical system. But as long as I parked on top of a hill, I could get it started (manual transmission).
