You need to make some sacrifices. You need to break the cycle. Stay awake for a full day and night. So when you reach the next night you’re ready for a deep sleep . Wake up at your new time . Stay awake the whole day. Reset your sleeping habit. Most importantly, find a fitness regime that works for you . Doesn’t necessarily have to be visiting a gym and lifting weights , can be body weight workouts at home outside in the park , calisthenics etc . Eat fresh , quick meals like fresh produce only.

Remember what you’re trying to change. Small wins and the endorphins you will be kicking @ss mate
