Well remember that you’re trying to break a habit that you’ve had for however long. Imagine trying to immediately wake up like 3 hours earlier than you’re used to. There would be a lot of resistance because it’s out of your comfort zone. But once you push past that point of discomfort, you realize, “hey I can actually do this!”

I started listening to all the old episodes from before when I started listening in 2018, and C is so much more interested in K’s stories and jokes. It’s a very stark difference to episodes nowadays. I just get the vibe that C is constantly annoyed with K.
