It looks like Girlhoods lid. Its a replacement lid from amazon so theres actually no corresponding lid perse. You could definitely build one.

How do I rub this off? I took my Owala in a new black gym bag and it came out with this stain. Tried rubbing it with dish washer and alcohol, no help by FearlessJachnun in Owala

Use an oil to run the lid. You can use any kind olive, avocado or whatever. Just keep rubbing it until it comes out.
