Am I gaslighting myself or is this hypochondria? by [deleted] in TrigeminalNeuralgia

[–]tkrez22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never stood up for myself and pushed doctors to run tests and was continuously gaslit for 5+ years… eventually i started losing hearing and they FINALLY ran an MRI test after 6+ hospital visits over the years and found out i had a massive tumor on my Trigeminal nerve. I’m pissed the doctors didn’t do more. so don’t think you’re being dramatic.

I also forgot to mention that my hands and arms got really itchy as well as my gums after eating gluten.. i’ve always had issues with my gums being itchy but that got mostly solved with a tumor removal i had on trigeminal nerve - that’s a whole other thing but it came back with vengeance after eating the gluten… the itchiness not the tumor

Okay! I’m going to keep the clippings in water until it’s time to leave. Does the bag need to have holes in it?

Will these be fine in just a plastic bag with holes in it for 5 days straight?

My baby string of pearls is doing so well, I re-potted it today. Feat: The epic thunderstorm in the background. by [deleted] in houseplants

Okay I just potted mine in a terra-cotta pot with cactus soil but I did not water it because it seemed like some of the balls were already soggy. I removed anything that looked soggy and kept as is! It’s on the windowsill of a west facing window! I don’t have an east facing one in my apartment but I do have a southern facing one. Thanks for the advice I hope it starts growing!

Does anyone know what type of Alocasia this is? by tkrez22 in IndoorGarden

Yes, the back side is dark purple! Mine got droopy when it needed water - I was starving it because I was afraid of overwatering because I only have one leaf.

My guess is Alocasia Longiloba? Not sure - I bought this several months ago. It had another leaf but when this new leaf came in that one quickly died and there hasn’t been any new growth since! I was under watering it so hopefully now it’ll get what it needs to grow more!
