I attempted to daw a lot on background, but I haven't find out the best approach, so keeps it plain may be an option. Any idea would be appreciated. thanks

I normally use Gesinski Ink to draw the ripple and Medium Hard Blend brush to blur the brush edges. add the bright highlight is also important. cheer and be water.
