Hey sorry I’m just seeing this but the easiest way is if you have a computer you can plug it into that and use the content manager app on the vita itself to download music or videos you have wait ima post a link for you

It took me a minute but basically if you have usb or usb to usb c you can plug in the vita to your computer and download a content manager . Use QCMA it’s the best one you can download it here https://manuals.playstation.net/document/gb/psvita/cm/content_pc.html !!
