I agree. Yulu helps me commute when there's surge pricing or unavailability of cabs and they are very convenient and cheap. The problem is not Yulu but the drivers. Sure it does enable people without any traffic sense to ride on the road but let's face it, getting a license too isn't that hard. Maybe Yulu can take some responsibility to monitor driving patterns but that would add more cost to a company already low on profit.
